Wanted! New Members of a Rewarding Exercise Group
Like to exercise? Do you have Monday's free from 12:30-1:30pm? If so, participate in weekly workouts
for all skill levels with a former Olympic skier. Focusing on core-strength, enjoy the outdoors every
Monday afternoon using outdoor elements (rocks, parking lots, soccer field, bike racks, rock ledges,
steps, etc.) as your gym! Class meets in all weather. Cost: $22 per session (1 session = 4 consecutive
weeks; paid in advance): Dates: October 8-October 29. If interested, please email
Janet.Yowell@colorado.edu. Class meets in front of the ITLL at 12:30pm every Monday. You must
pre-register for the class.

If you are a full-time sophomore, junior, senior, or 5th year in the
fall of 2008 and have a 3.0 cumulative GPA (apply even if you are not sure
what your GPA will be by fall semester 2008) visit

strategies, and test taking skills. Check out the

All of these workshops serve pizza for dinner too.

Girl
Scout Badge Days
Saturday, October 27th
10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Help the Juniors earn an important badge in the math and science
fields. You will be guiding the girls through activities that will
help earn them a badge. A rewarding experience and a great way to
get involved in the community. Please e-mail Annie Stevens at
