Wondering what your housing options are at the University of Colorado at Boulder? The city of Boulder is an exciting place to live and there are a wide variety of housing options for CU-Boulder students to choose from.

Family Housing
CU Family Housing is an excellent choice for families, married couples, and single parents. The university maintains furnished and unfurnished one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments a short walk from campus. A limited number of efficiency or studio apartments are available to single graduate students who are 21 or older. Family housing apartments are less expensive than most accommodations in the Boulder community and offer many amenities such as high speed internet access and many even include benefits like expanded cable and local telephone service. The apartment complexes offer onsite laundry facilities, playgrounds, and access to the day care center for housing residents. Nearby shopping is accessible by walking or city bus. Eligible applicants must be registered as full time students. There are often long waiting lists for these apartments so be sure to apply early! Off-Campus Housing
Many graduate students live off campus in apartments and houses throughout Boulder and its surrounding areas. The Off-Campus Student Services Office has resources to help you find just the place you are looking for. Their office maintains a list of rooms, apartments, and houses for rent in the Boulder area, as well as a list of people seeking roommates. Visit OCSS or call 303-492-7053 for more information. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During July and August, the office is also open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
