Mike Hooten
Aerospace Engineering
Mike Hooten has always wanted to work with airplanes,
so transferring to CU from Front Range Community
College to pursue a degree in aerospace engineering
made perfect sense.
He has found that CU's program allows him to gain
the hands-on experience necessary for his field.
"ITLL
(Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory) is
the best class I will ever take here, or anywhere," says
the junior. "It is very hands-on and you do
everything by yourself. The professor gives you
guidance, but you learn through experience."
