Located in close proximity to the Engineering Center, the Quadrangle Community offers a great way to maximize your first-year experience. If you are an undergraduate studying engineering, mathematics, or the applied sciences, you can participate in this program. The program is housed in the Quadrangle Community, comprised of residence halls Aden, Brackett, Cockerell, and Crosman, along with Hallett Hall to the south. This innovative and unique program is offered by the Department of Housing in cooperation with the College of Engineering and Applied Science. The program offers specialized tutoring, enhanced academic support services, an online study skills and time management program called "Success4Students," access to an extensive computer network configured to match the engineering computer labs, and calculus work groups in-residence. The engineering college maintains ongoing contact with the Quadrangle Community, offering faculty and professional staff programs and assistance whenever requested. Living in the Quad is a great way to meet your peers and get off on the right foot academically. Take advantage of the fact that your neighbors are your classmates and form study groups. Sleep a little later since your walk to the engineering school takes only a minute.
