Explore CU Engineering Day for Admitted Students

Thank you for your interest in Explore CU Engineering Day.  Check-in will take place in the Engineering Center Lobby between 8:20 a.m. - 8:50 a.m.

Explore CU Engineering Day will begin with registration and a breakfast reception at 8:20 a.m. and will conclude at 2:40 p.m.  During the day you will have the opportunity to attend departmental sessions with faculty and academic advisors that will provide overviews, Q&A sessions, and discussion of major requirements.  We will also be offering sessions on the Engineering Honors Program, the International Engineering Certificate, financial aid and scholarships, and a session covering all of the amazing research and service learning opportunities available in the College, as well as tours of the Engineering Quad and the Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory.  We hope to see you there!

Directions to Explore CU Engineering Day for Admitted Students:

Directions from Denver

• Take I-25 North to US-36 West towards Boulder.
• You'll pass two Boulder exits (Table Mesa, Baseline).
• The highway curves North and becomes 28^th Street.
• At the next stoplight, Colorado Avenue, take a left (going West).
• Take the next left (going South) onto Regent Drive.
• The Engineering Center is located on the West side of Regent Drive, across from the parking garage and the CU Police Department.
• Take the next left into Lot 436, which includes the parking garage.
• After parking, cross Regent Drive and enter the Engineering Center through the east entrance.

Directions from Longmont

• Take Colo. 119 West towards Boulder.
• Turn left (going South) on 28th Street.
• You'll go through the following stoplights: Glenwood, Valmont, Mapleton, Pearl, Walnut, Canyon, and Arapahoe.
• At the next stoplight, Colorado Avenue, take a right (going West).
• Take the next left (going South) onto Regent Drive.
• The Engineering Center is located on the West side of Regent Drive, across from the parking garage and the CU Police Department.
• Take the next left into Lot 436, which includes the parking garage.
• After parking, cross Regent Drive and enter the Engineering Center through the east entrance.

Directions from Denver International Airport

• Take Pena Blvd. (leaving the airport).
• Pena Blvd. becomes I-70/ US-36 West.
• Take the I-270 North exit (#279) toward Ft. Collins.
• Merge onto US-36 West towards Boulder.
• You'll pass two Boulder exits (Table Mesa, Baseline).
• The highway curves North and becomes 28^th Street.
• At the next stoplight, Colorado Avenue, take a left (going West).
• Take the next left (going South) onto Regent Drive.
• The Engineering Center is located on the West side of Regent Drive, across from the parking garage and the CU Police Department.
