Thank you for your interest in the Sampler. Due to space limitations, reservations for the CU-Boulder Engineering Sampler on Nov. 14th is now closed. Please complete the form below to be added to our waitlist for the event. You will be notified by email if a space for you becomes available. In order to offer you a program that meets your specific interests, please complete the bottom of this page. Below you will rank order your top 4 choices for information sessions, laboratory demonstrations, and optional tours that you would like to attend. We will try to accommodate each persons request as much as possible. Upon registration you will receive an agenda outlining your sessions and demos. Space is limited, and registration and session availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will send you an e-mail confirmation shortly after you submit your application. The program is free of charge.

D. Optional Tours and Special ProgramsStudents and Parents have the option of either attending two of the 25-minute tours listed in Section One, or one of the longer sampler sessions or tour listed in Section Two. Section ONE Tours include:Colorado Space Grant Consortium: Provides students access to space through innovative courses, real-world hands-on telescope and satellite programs, and interactive outreach programs. Our students interact with engineers and scientists from NASA and aerospace companies to develop, test, and fly new space technologies and to support our outreach and teaching programs. Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory (ITLL) and the Discovery Learning Center (DLC): The ITLL is a state-of-the-art undergraduate design facility that provides 34,400 square feet where students can engage in hands-on design activities, including a plaza that facilitates interdisciplinary, team-based projects, along with manufacturing and electronics centers where students can create what they dream. The DLC brings together engineering students, faculty, government and business partners to advance research and education across traditional boundaries.Residence Halls: Prospective students and parents will have the opportunity to tour the Engineering "Quad". These residence halls are conveniently located next to the Engineering Center and provide residents with academic support through the Quadrangle Community Engineering and Sciences Residential Program. Section TWO Tours include:Campus Tour: Representatives from the Office of Admissions will provide guided tours of the CU-Boulder campus.
BOLD Center Tour: The BOLD (Broadening Opportunity Through Leadership and Diversity) Center is a new concept in student success. The BOLD Center encompasses resources available for undergraduate resources including tutoring, mentoring, unique teaching and learning initiatives all in a inclusive, diverse, and welcoming community. Students also are engaged in community development and outreach in the Boulder and Front Range communities.
