The College of Engineering and
Applied Science offers a comprehensive New Student and Parent
Orientation Program each year, immediately preceding the beginning of
the fall semester. For new students entering with the spring semester
and the summer terms, the college offers a less comprehensive
New Student Welcome Program. A student entering with the summer terms
is expected to attend the New Student and Parent Orientation Program
prior to the beginning of the first fall semester (in addition to the
New Student Welcome Program held in the summer).
