Guide to Engineering Development
The Engineering Development Office is part of the CU Foundation,
a non-profit organization that supports the University of Colorado.
Engineering Development supports the College of Engineering and Applied
Science by generating support from corporations, foundations, alumni,
and friends of the college.
In addition to our work with external constituents, we can provide
the following direct assistance to faculty and staff:
- Providing lists of alumni for you to contact
- Helping with the planning of alumni and corporate events
- Assisting in setting up meetings with potential donors and assisting
in cultivation activities to help interest and involve them in
the college
- Attending your events and other meetings with potential donors
as a development representative
- Assisting with any CU Foundation accounting questions
- Providing you with suggestions for guest speakers for classes,
events, etc.
- Helping you to establish relationships with corporations and
foundations that may have interest in your area
We are located within
the college's Administrative Offices on the first floor of the
Engineering Center. Please contact us if you need
assistance.
