Reporting a Building Problem
Any potentially life-threatening situation, including natural gas
odor or chemical spill of any kind should be reported immediately by
calling 9-1-1.
Safety concerns should be reported to JoAnn Zelasko, assistant dean
for administration, 303-492-7720.
Maintenance Requests
To report a non-emergency facility problem in the Engineering
Center, such as problems with heating, cooling, water or electrical
power, room leaks, or sprinkler system flooding,
please contact the building proctor liaison assigned to your area.
These proctor liaisons will report the problem to Facilities Management
through the appropriate channel.

Cleaning/Janitorial Services
Engineering Center restrooms and classrooms are cleaned every
day; conference rooms are cleaned twice per week; trash cans in offices
are emptied once a week.
Laboratories: Trash cans are emptied twice per week. Laboratory
floors also should be swept and mopped twice per week.
To request special services, or to report a problem with scheduled
cleaning, contact custodial services, 303-492-3930. Spills should be
reported immediately to Facilities Management Customer Service Desk,
303-492-5522.
